1. This Yearly Subscription plan provides you with access to
(i) access the Cycle Trader indicator for TradingView.com platform and
(ii) limited access to my Chat Room hosted on Discord platform.

2. The yearly subscription rate is $199.99/ 12 months.

3. If you cancel your subscription within first 7 calendar days we will refund your first payment. No questions asked.

4. Your card or PayPal account will be charged automatically every 12 months until you cancel subscription.

5. You can cancel your subscription at any moment. If you cancel your subscription after 7 calendar days since your first payment you will not be eligible for a refund. After you cancel your subscription you will retain access to the indicator and the chat room until expiration of the pre-paid 12 month period.

6. The subscription does not provide you with access to the source code of the indicator. You can set alerts on any stocks, watch signals drawn on charts, but you will not be able to change the way how the indicator work or use it to build other indicators.
