On Sunday night I posted a weekend report that outlined three alternative scenarios.
All three scenarios argued for a move down off the Friday high.
We got that decline on Monday.
But by Monday evening we still had those there scenarios alive. But by that moment two of them pointed up and the third one, the simplest one, pointed down.
This morning that bearish scenario got invalidated.
Bulls pushed ES over the resistance and over the downward sloped price channel.
We are left with two bullish scenarios.
The scenario no.2 we discussed in the weekend report and the one I discussed in my latest video lesson posted on Monday evening is (w)-(x)-(y) scenario (watch from 16:30).
But even the most bullish scenario no.3 was not invalidated by Monday sell-off:
