I expect silver to turn up and rally
Silver produced a clean five wave up structure off the late September low.
A completed five wave up structure is followed by a corrective a-b-c down structure.
We have got that clean a-b-c down structure.
Now we face a normal dilemma. Is that a-b-c down is all teh pullback or only its first leg down in subwave -a-?
Silver has tagged 23.6% retracement of that rally.
That is the first target for a corrective decline. Could it be all of the pullback? Yes, it could! But in majority of cases that 23.6% is good enough only for the first leg down in wave -a-.
That pullback would be too shallow in comparison to size of the preceding five wave up rally.
At the very least I would like that correction to tag 33.3% retracement = 24.135.
Normally we would expect a pullback to hit 41.4% – 50% retracement = 23.80 – 23.45
In any case I expect silver to go up from here.
Even under the bearish count that argues that silver has completed only the first leg down in subwave -a- we should get a bounce in subwave -b- up targeting 25.00 – 25.16. Moreover, that pullback may be even stronger and can retest the previous highs made at 25.50.
