RTY - the target has been reached but the structure is incomplete
On the updated 45 min chart you can see that RTY has tagged the target Green Box. But if you look at 15 min micro chart you will see that the micro structure of the final wave c of ( b ) down does not look complete.

RTY may stretch lower into the big Green Demand zone, targeting 50% retracement at 1,552 or even 61.8% retracement at 1,539.
