RTY has a clean LONG setup in the making
On 45 min chart (below) we can see a clean complete corrective a-b-c down of the wave ( b ) down.

That a-b-c down tagged 76.4% retracement of the previous swing up in a wave ( a ) of ( v ) up.
And off the bottom RTY made at 1,516.70 last Monday, 13 May 2019, it made a clean a-b-c up which I count as a start of another rally of the wave ( c ) of ( v ). That a-b-c up was a micro wave i up. Followed by a-b-c down in a corrective wave ii down:
