RTY got rejected by the Red Target Box and dropped in an a-b-c down structure. I count that a-b-c down as subwave a of a corrective wave ( b ) down. It can extend a little bit lower but soon we may get a corrective wave b up that would let us to short it in anticipation of the second leg down in subwave c of ( b ).
