RTY did not follow ES mini to  higher high last night. The count is unchanged. I expect a corrective wave ( b ) down. If RTY manages to retest the previous high at 1,607.60 or make a higher high deeper into the Red Target Box I would go short. Not that I think they should go higher from here. But I have enough shorts here and to make me add to the shorts I currently have I would like to get a really sweet setup.
